Quinte West

Quinte West brings together Trenton, Batawa, and the country around them on the Bay of Quinte and the Trent-Severn Waterway. Trenton is the centre of it, a working river city next to 8 Wing, the air base that sets the local rhythm and brings new families in on every posting cycle. It is one of the most affordable places to buy on the bay, with everything from older in-town streets to newer subdivisions on the edges. The team has helped buyers and sellers across Quinte West for years, including many military families on a tight relocation timeline, and can move quickly when the posting clock is running.

Around the city: Batawa, Carrying Place, and the Murray side. The old Sidney and Murray townships fill out the rest of Quinte West. Batawa, the village the Bata shoe company built, has a ski hill and steady new building above the Trent River. West toward the County, Carrying Place, Consecon, and Stockdale sit along the Murray Canal and the head of the bay, quieter waterfront and country on the doorstep of Prince Edward County.
