Meet the Chisholm team

Direct Realty was founded fifty years ago by Omar, Patricia, and John Chisholm, an independent Belleville brokerage that has stayed family-run ever since. Omar worked as a broker through the 1990s, when his son John took over as Broker of Record. John still holds that role today. Jeff grew up around the office. He got his license in 2000, twenty-five years and counting, and has been doing the work from the same brokerage ever since.

Jeff also built REintel, the technology the team uses every day. It runs on live data from sixty plus MLS boards, tracks two hundred thousand home price index records updated monthly, and refreshes every Bay of Quinte listing every thirty minutes. Most teams buy their tools. We built ours because the off-the-shelf options weren’t doing the work right.
